Boston Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure optimum patient outcomes by coordinating drug therapy for patients under the care of the pharmacist in the inpatient setting.
Under the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical Services, you will monitor therapy, review orders, collaborate with physicians and staff, participate in rounds, and ensure timely drug information. This is a part-time per diem position requiring a PharmD and MA licensure eligibility.
