Job Title: Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (Level I & II)
Location: Boston, Waltham, Needham, or Weymouth, MA (Must be willing to work at all outpatient locations as needed)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week preferred; Part-Time considered)
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 for full-time hires (prorated for part-time schedules)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role provides specialized evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients with pelvic floor dysfunction while working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team. Opportunities are available for both early-career and experienced clinicians.
Experience Levels Level I- 0–3 years of pelvic health/pelvic floor physical therapy experience
- 3+ years of pelvic health/pelvic floor physical therapy experience
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based pelvic health interventions and education.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
- Bachelor s degree in Physical Therapy required (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred).
- Experience treating adult or pediatric pelvic floor patients.
- Willingness to treat pediatric pelvic health patients.
- Ability to travel and provide coverage at all outpatient clinic locations.
- Pediatric pelvic floor experience.
- APTA CAPP-Pelvic certification (certification support available after hire).
- $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time hires.
