- Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate meaningful qualitative and quantitative insights and recommendations for clients
- Serve as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding junior staff while communicating with project managers and leadership
- Create and present client-ready research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports
- Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams, internal training efforts, and formal mentorship programs
- Gain recognition as the internal expert in 1-2 functional or therapeutic areas
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in quantitative, health sciences, or related fields
- MBA with a life science focus or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting or relevant life sciences industry areas
- Prior work in a Med Tech or medical devices-focused role
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for collaborative, team-based work
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of the Med Tech, medical devices, and/or diagnostics industry, including product development, commercialization, market access, reimbursement, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Demonstrates expertise in quantitative analysis and insights generation within the Med Tech and medical devices sectors, while effectively leading teams and mentoring junior staff. Proficient in creating client-ready materials and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
