Job Summary The MGH Institute of Health Professions is now accepting applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Health Administration Program. This role involves participating in CAHME accreditation, teaching, assessment strategies, and curriculum support, alongside general academic advising and active participation in professional, service, and scholarly activities. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Health Services Administration, Healthcare Economics, Healthcare Leadership, or a related health discipline from a regionally accredited institution and have 3-5 years of healthcare executive experience.

Fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), CAHME and AUPHA affiliation preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of healthcare executive experience

Preferences will be given to candidates with a teaching focus in one or more of the following areas:
Healthcare Management, Healthcare Policy, Human Resources in Healthcare, Legal and Ethical Considerations in Healthcare, Operations Management, Strategic Management in Healthcare, and Leadership.

Demonstrated success in healthcare organization leadership positions and academic healthcare experience.

Faculty member assumes all responsibilities in being an active and contributing member to the school.
