• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for K-8 students with varying needs
• Provide tailored interventions both in individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to track and report student progress
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs, attending meetings as required
• Maintain thorough documentation according to district and state requirements
