Research Program And Project Manager
The Medical Practice Evaluation Center (MPEC) within the Mongan Institute is seeking an intellectually curious and highly organized individual with supervisory experience to serve as a Research Program and Project Manager with a focus on a Dr. Aima Ahonkhai's multidisciplinary portfolio of domestic and global studies focused on health equity, community-engaged intervention development, implementation science, to improve care for people living with or at risk for HIV.

Responsibilities- Manage multiple research projects and programs, ensuring timely execution of study activities and deliverables.
- Partner with investigators and leadership to support strategic planning, program development, and operational excellence.
- Supervise, mentor, and support research staff, including onboarding, training, and performance development.
- Oversee study operations, regulatory compliance, project tracking, and research administration activities.
- Support grant development and the preparation of scientific, programmatic, and funder-facing deliverables.
- Represent the program in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- 3+ years of experience in research, healthcare, public health, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with community partners and diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree
- Experience with grant administration and research operations.
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
- Background in public health, clinical research, epidemiology, or health outcomes research.
- Familiarity with REDCap and statistical software (R, SAS, or Stata).
