Boston Medical Center seeks an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join the primary care clinics, collaborating with PCPs to meet behavioral health and substance use needs using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches in a hybrid work setting.
The IBH Clinician will conduct assessments, warm handoffs, crisis interventions and short-term therapy, coordinate with psychiatry and community resources, and provide education to patients and families.
