We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee and guide a team of behavioral health professionals. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of care while supporting clinicians in their professional development. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring services meet clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance to therapists and clinicians
- Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality and compliance
- Assist clinicians in managing complex cases and treatment strategies
- Support staff training, mentoring, and professional development
- Ensure clinical services meet regulatory and ethical standards
- Contribute to program improvement and service development
- Active Massachusetts clinical license such as LICSW or LMHC
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
- Experience supervising clinicians or leading clinical teams preferred
