You will join an established anesthesia team comprising 11 anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs, handling a diverse case mix without trauma or high-acuity pediatric cases. Flexible shifts and a supportive practice environment are core components of this role.
The position offers a competitive base salary of $290K–$300K plus incentives and a limited-time sign-on bonus of $125,000. Additional benefits include a retention bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive medical coverage.
