BMCHS seeks a Clinical Social Worker (MSW) for Maternal Child Health Inpatient services. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, provide trauma-informed interventions and crisis management within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include safety planning, care coordination, documentation in EPIC, and advocacy for patients and families across diverse social determinants of health. Must be licensed LCSW within 6 months and hold MSW.
