Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified individual with Hand Therapy expertise.
Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist preferred.
Physical Therapy Hand Therapist would be considered.
Senior Occupational Therapist & Senior Physical Therapist rate minimum: $96,886. Salary offer is commensurate with experience!

Work sites:
This position will work in our Chestnut Hill clinic at 850 Boylston Street and in our main campus location in the Boston Longwood Medical Area at 70 Francis Street.
Hand Therapist will work closely with Hand Surgeons in our multidisciplinary team.

The Senior Occupational Therapist (OT) is a therapist with a minimum of four (4) years of experience with strong clinical knowledge and skills working with rehabilitation of the hand/wrist/forearm/elbow. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently in a busy clinic, triage walk in consults and collaborate with peers and clinic leadership. In addition to their primary responsibilities for patient care they have additional clinical and non-clinical tasks and responsibilities delegated to them.
Qualifications
Education
Master’s Degree Occupational Therapy (or Doctorate in Physical Therapy) preferred, Bachelor’s Degree Occupational Therapy (or Physical Therapy) required.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
Licenses and Credentials
Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy or physical therapy program.
Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Certified Hand Therapist preferred.
