Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Outpatient Pharmacy Administrative Director and/or Pharmacy Manager, the pharmacist compounding and dispensing prescribed pharmaceuticals, checking all medication prior to dispensing and delivery. Position:

Yawkey Pharmacy.
Schedule:
Part time, per diem.
- Compounding and dispensing prescribed pharmaceuticals.
- Checking all medications prior to dispensing and delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy. Advanced degree (PharmD, M.S., MBA) preferred.
- Licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by hire date.
- At least two to three years related experience; QS1 experience preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of procedures, systems, and equipment used by pharmacists and technicians.
- High level of analytical ability, organizational and personal management skills.
- Experience working with, revising, and implementing information systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Professional conduct and demeanor.
- Proficiency with standard software used in healthcare office setting (MS Word, Excel, web browser, etc.).
Compensation Range: $43.03 – $62.50 per hour.
