Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

Life Changes Group is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join its Behavioral Care team in Boston, MA. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment to a diverse patient population while partnering with a collaborative behavioral health organization that offers strong operational support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. • Provide assessments and treatment for a broad range of mental health and substance use conditions
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic approaches
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans based on patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance
• Supported by dedicated clinical, credentialing, and business operations teams

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active, unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts
• Ability to provide behavioral health assessment and psychotherapy services
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and clinical recordkeeping
