Associate Director, Medical Training; Pipeline

Associate Director, Medical Training (Pipeline) to lead strategic development and execution of internal pipeline and disease-state training across neuroscience indications (epilepsy, MDD, bipolar depression)

• design scalable training modules for diverse audiences
• develop onboarding and role-specific curricula
• deliver speaker and presentation training
• maintain FAQs and objection-handling resources
• ensure training on medical communications and publications
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
• facilitate training delivery, measure effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSc) with 5+ years in biopharma Medical Affairs, Medical Education, or Scientific Communications
• proven experience in developing and delivering training for multiple audiences
• strong instructional design, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• high attention to scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance

• neuroscience focus, pipeline (including epilepsy, MDD, bipolar depression), late-stage clinical programs, medical communications, cross-functional training, remote/hybrid work with some travel (~10%)

based in Needham, MA (hybrid or remote considered); travel may be required.
