Role
Clinical Scientist 2 or 3 in Clinical Development at Xenon Pharmaceuticals, focusing on neuroscience-related therapeutics.
Responsibilities- lead study design, protocol development, and clinical trial oversight
- contribute to program strategy
- review and interpret clinical data
- collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Regulatory
- support regulatory documentation and scientific interactions
- MSc or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacology or related fields
- 2-8 years of industry experience with a focus on clinical research, preferably in neuroscience or CNS disorders
- working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA/EMA environments
- strong communication, organization, and scientific analytical skills
- experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, neurology, or related therapeutic areas
- experience working with investigators, CROs, and external experts
- involvement in late-stage (Phase
3) epilepsy and mood disorder trials, development of regulatory submissions, expertise in GxP, and cross-functional collaboration
hybrid Boston, MA, requiring at least two onsite days per week.
