As a Sleep Technologist, you'll work directly with patients while obtaining high-quality polysomnographic recordings used to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform overnight polysomnographic studies
- Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings
- Monitor two patients during overnight testing
- Perform PAP titrations
- Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment
- Provide excellent patient care, education and reassurance throughout the study
- Accurately document study events and observations
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and technical teams
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of Sleep Technologist experience
- RPSGT or CPSGT preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Sleep study scoring experience is a plus
- Dependable, professional and patient-focused
- Comfortable working independently in an overnight environment
- Must be able to meet Tufts Medical Center onboarding requirements, including a hospital 10-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
