Chiesi Global Rare Diseases

Chiesi Global Rare Diseases is a Chiesi Group’s business unit established in February 2020 and focused on research, development and commercialization of treatments and patient support services for rare and ultra-rare disorders, many of whom have limited or no treatments available.

This unit is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a strong synergy with the headquarters in Parma.

Who we are looking for This is what you will do

We are currently seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals for an entry level position of Global Manager of Scientific Communications & Medical. This role will report into the Global Head of Scientific Communications and Medical Education (Endo-Metabolic Portfolio).

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who is at an early stage in their scientific communication career and are seeking to increase their expertise in transforming complex scientific data into engaging and accessible content for healthcare professionals and other key audiences. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the dissemination of accurate scientific information through various channels.

The qualified candidate will support the planning, development, and execution of scientific communication strategies and medical education initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive scientific communications and medical education strategy/plans, enhancing the visibility, credibility, and impact of the organization’s research and scientific initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of key messaging frameworks to ensure scientific accuracy and consistency across all communication channels.
  • Participate in the generation and evolution of the cross functional brand(s) plan(s) and integrated evidence generations plans to ensure overall strategy reflects current therapeutic area dynamics and current lifecycle management needs.
  • Support the running of key strategy workshops to assist in the development of the medical strategy.
