We are seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Registered Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team and provide individualized therapy services to residents with communication, cognitive, swallowing, and functional challenges.

- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Speech Language Pathology license in the applicable state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to develop creative, individualized treatment strategies
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities Why This Role MattersSpeech Language Pathologists at Bear Mountain help residents improve communication, cognitive function, swallowing safety, and overall quality of life through individualized, evidence-based therapy.
As a Registered Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
Resident-Centered Therapy & Clinical Care- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on their communication, cognitive, swallowing, and functional needs
