As an Occupational Therapist with Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance the functional abilities and independence of our residents
• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify rehabilitation needs and goals
• Providing hands-on therapy sessions to include areas such as cognitive, sensory, fine motor, and gross motor skills
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and progress
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and outcomes measurement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
