Clinical Program Manager

As Clinical Program Manager, you will lead a team of 10 to 12 clinicians and care managers, own relationships with primary care leadership across partner practices, and ensure the financial sustainability and compliance of our CoCM programs. Functions Clinical Leadership & Team Development
  • Directly supervise, mentor, and build career pathways for 10-12 BA- and MA-level clinicians and MSW interns
  • Provide weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and group case consults in an environment that prioritizes psychological safety, open dialogue, and burnout prevention
  • Support staff hiring, onboarding, and training
Health System Partnerships & Operations
  • Serve as the primary operational partner to medical directors, practice managers, and PCP champions across assigned clinic sites
  • Manage systematic case review workflows between care managers/clinicians and consulting psychiatrists to ensure seamless, low-friction patient care
  • Identify operational bottlenecks in partner clinics and work directly with tech platforms to streamline administrative loads
Financial, Billing & Quality Oversight
  • Oversee complete and compliant billing capture (codes 99492, 99493, 99494, G2214), minute-tracking accuracy, and registry documentation across all sites
  • Monitor population health dashboards to drive key program KPIs: panel growth, time to initial outreach, and symptom reduction (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.)
  • Conduct routine monthly chart audits to maintain safety standards, proper risk management, and model fidelity
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in MA (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent)
  • An empathetic management style rooted in supportive accountability, psychological safety and staff retention
  • 5+ years post-licensure clinical experience, including direct experience managing clinical staff or program operations preferred
  • Demonstrated mastery of Collaborative Care workflows, registry management, and CoCM billing compliance preferred
  • The ability to translate data metrics and billing compliance into practical, stress-free clinic workflows
