, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy services. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a strong understanding of behavioral analysis principles, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
- Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement behavioral plans and strategies to promote skill acquisition, fluency, and generalization
- Collect and record data on client progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Collaborate with BCBA, family members, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client care, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all clients
