Role Description The Caregiver role is an on-site position based in Massachusetts, United States. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, while promoting dignity and independence. The Caregiver will help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and errands as needed. Additional tasks may include providing companionship, monitoring client well-being, and communicating any changes in condition to supervisors or family members.

Caregivers are expected to follow care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and infection control standards in the client's home.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in personal care assistance, such as support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Ability to perform household and daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate companionship and clear updates to clients, families, and colleagues.
• Capacity to follow care plans, maintain detailed records, and respond appropriately to changes in client needs or health status.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in clients' homes while adhering to safety and infection control practices.
• Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare support role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional caregiver or home health aide training or certification is a plus.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet any state or agency-specific compliance requirements.
