Appropriate resources are in place to accommodate locum tenens clinicians across multi-specialty radiation oncology service needs.

About the Clinician's Workday  The Radiation Oncology Physician Associate will provide inpatient radiation oncology coverage on a day shift schedule, working either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week, with no call, no weekend, and no night requirements. Primary responsibilities include seeing inpatient consults, performing care coordination, and managing patients across multiple radiation oncology subspecialties, including thoracic, breast, and gastrointestinal oncology.

The role also includes a component of inbasket management and administrative tasks such as patient calls and communication with patient families. All clinical documentation is to be completed through EPIC EMR.
