Salary Range: $70 - $75 an hour

Victory Human Services (VHS) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinician to provide high-quality mental and behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Clinician delivers a continuum of clinical and behavioral health services within residential and community settings, using evidence-based, person-centered approaches.

This role requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to Department of Developmental Services (DDS) standards and best practices.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, psychosocial assessments, and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
• Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure measurable outcomes
• Provide coaching and training to residential staff and caregivers
• Participate in ISP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Deliver staff trainings on behavior management, crisis intervention, and safety
• Serve as a clinical resource to leadership and program teams
• Travel to residential and community-based locations as needed

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Active licensure or certification (BCBA, LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, etc.)
• 2+ years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience developing behavior support plans and conducting assessments
• Knowledge of DDS regulations and community-based care models
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Are you currently CPR certified?
• Are you currently MAP (Medication Administration Program) certified?
• If you are not currently MAP certified, are you willing and able to obtain MAP certification within 90 days of hire?

• Experience with Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
• Trauma-informed care experience
• Experience with co-occurring mental health conditions
• Clinical supervision and staff training experience

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High level of professionalism and ethical practice
• Ability to work independently across multiple environments
