This travel assignment is for a hospital-based nuclear medicine team. Shifts are typically weekday days with no weekend coverage. Start date is 10/19/2026 and the contract runs for 13 weeks. Local residents within 50 miles may qualify for a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate.

• Weekly pay: $3,062 - $3,130 per week
• Guaranteed hours: 40 per week

  Monday–Friday with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM options

• Perform and process nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including SPECT/CT and PET as applicable
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals under physician orders and monitor patient response
• Position, prepare, and image patients; optimize acquisition parameters for diagnostic quality
• Operate Nuclear Medicine Information System (NMIS) and related RIS/HIS interfaces; document procedures and results
• Ensure radiation safety compliance, dose tracking, QC/QA routines, and inventory management
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, radiologists, and technologists; provide patient instruction and compassionate care

• Active license/registration:
  Current NM registration (NMTCB or ARRT(NM))
• Certifications:
  
  At least one of NMTCB(PET), NMTCB(NCT), ARRT(CT), ARRT(MR)
• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in a scientific field with a certificate in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program, OR an associate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program plus 2 years of experience by the date of hire
• Licensure:
  Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR
• Experience/
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience in Molecular/Nuclear Imaging preferred (SPECT/CT/PET/MR/Optical fusion imaging); ability to work in a hospital setting; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
