Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Roxbury, MA. As a RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related disorders. • Deliver ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism and related disorders in home and community-based settings

• Implement behavioral plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address individualized treatment goals

• Collect and record data on client behavior and treatment outcomes to inform treatment decisions

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless service delivery

• Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $28 HOURLY
