As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to our clients.

As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our experienced team of therapists, psychologists, and behavioral analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or community settings

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to address client behaviors and goals

• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update treatment plans

• Providing support and guidance to clients and their families

• 0 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or related field

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong observation and documentation skills

• Ability to lift and transfer clients (up to 50 lbs) as needed
