Our compassionate, flexible, and collaborative approach to in-home and community-based ABA therapy sets us apart, and we're seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Mission Hill, MA team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ABA services to individuals with ASD
- Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery and quality
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to advance your skills and contribute to the growth of our organization

Requirements:- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA services, preferably with individuals with ASD
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
