Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week | On-site
Salary :$110,000/yr -$120,000/yr plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage inpatient phlebotomy/laboratory operations and staff.
- Ensure compliance with CAP, TJC, CLIA, OSHA, DPH and other regulatory standards.
- Oversee quality assurance, safety, staffing, budgeting, and performance management.
- Support laboratory process improvements, equipment maintenance, and technical operations.
- Provide staff training, competency assessments, and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors, Operations, Nursing, HR, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
. - 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
- ASCP/NCA/AMT/AAB or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CAP and Joint Commission requirements.
- Clinical laboratory supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site and travel between Boston, Brockton, and Brighton.
