As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the guidance of our experienced nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Building strong relationships with our residents and families

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistive and restorative care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
