Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management - Manager

Role Overview

This position involves leading assessment and redesign of healthcare provider revenue cycle and patient access functions, utilizing AI tools and process improvements.

Conduct assessments of clinical and administrative revenue cycle capabilities through site observations, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis. Leverage AI technologies such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics to optimize workflows. Design or enhance business processes integrating AI solutions like RPA/IA, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Facilitate project management activities, prepare reports, and support client presentations. Manage and mentor internal teams, oversee project deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes.

Minimum five years of consulting or industry experience in healthcare operations, with at least two years supervising teams. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Healthcare Administration, Business, or MIS. Proven experience applying AI in revenue cycle management, data analysis, and workflow redesign. Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. Deep understanding of healthcare processes including scheduling, billing, clinical documentation, and patient flow.
