Job Summary Surgical Technologist
36 hour rotating $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible Center for Women and Newborns | Boston, MA Full-Time | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Shift Join a nationally recognized healthcare organization where exceptional patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to support our surgical and obstetrical teams in delivering outstanding care to patients and families in our Center for Women and Newborns.

As a valued member of our perioperative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical procedures while working alongside highly skilled physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields, instruments, and equipment.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and procedural teams throughout surgical and obstetrical procedures.
• Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are readily available and functioning properly.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to all infection prevention standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support efficient operating room and procedural workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• CST Certification required
• 2+ years Surgical Tech experience preferred
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• BLS preferred
• CST - NBSTSA required
