Beacon Concierge Nursing is hiring home health aides and certified nursing assistants for private duty cases across Greater Boston, the South Coast, and Cape Cod. Aides support one person at a time in a private home, an assisted living residence, or a hospital room, rather than carrying a caseload. The work is personal care and daily living support: bathing, dressing, grooming, safe mobility and transfers, meal preparation, companionship, and keeping the person comfortable and safe.
Clinical tasks remain with the Registered Nurse.
You work one-to-one in the home, and every case is directed by an RN case manager who sets the plan of care and remains reachable throughout the assignment. This is a W2 employee position paying $25.00 per hour. Beacon Concierge Nursing is nurse-owned and nurse-operated, founded by Aline Correia, RN. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or home health aide (HHA) training; current CPR and BLS certification; at least one year of patient care or caregiving experience; home care experience preferred but not required; background check and reference verification required.
