Location: Greater Boston, MA
Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday-Friday afternoons/evenings
Typical hours: 2:30 PM-8:00 PM, depending on the case
We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases throughout the Greater Boston area.

Roslindale: 02131
East Boston: 02128
Chelsea: 02150, 02128
Revere: 02151
Winthrop: 02152

Newton: 02465
, with many schedules around 3-6 PM, 3:30-7:30 PM, 4-7 PM, or 4-8 PM. Some weekend hours may also be available.
Exact schedules vary by case.

Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
Implement activities and interventions as directed
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
Complete required session documentation
Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
Reliable and consistent attendance
Patient, compassionate, and energetic
Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus
