Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LICSW​/LCSW

Jobot is seeking an experienced LICSW / LCSW to provide high-quality clinical services for our partner clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services space. In this role, you'll deliver assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning while managing a diverse caseload. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, leverage modern technology and EHR tools, and ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and documentation standards.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for diverse client populations.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records in line with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care, community resources, and other providers.
• Educate clients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and community supports.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.
• Use Jobot's technology platforms to manage caseload efficiently and support outcome tracking.
