Under RN supervision, the PCA performs clinical tasks such as glucose monitoring, EKGs, dressing changes, and CPR/AED readiness. Qualifications include CNA/PCT certification or nursing student with clinical rotation, CPR/AED certification, good English, and ability to lift and transfer patients.
