The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service to each of the Dental Health Centers' primary customer groups--patients desiring dental services and dental residents.
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, checking-in patients, emergency intake and directing patient concerns to appropriate supervisor while maintaining courteous profession demeanor.
- Support providers by preparing visit sheets and patient charts for each day, contacting patients to make appointments.
- Maintain clinical schedule by imputing appointments, registering new patients, updating patient information and coordinating patient appointments with other appointments.
- Work with insurance office to verify insurance information is correct; calculates patient co-payments based on insurance coverage;assists providers with treatment plan estimates.
HS Diploma required and 1-3 years of experience.
