The facility operates as an outpatient clinic delivering perimenopause and menopause care services to an adult patient population within a structured clinical environment. The clinic maintains established protocols and clinical workflows designed to support consistent and coordinated care delivery across all scheduled coverage periods. An orientation process that includes EMR training is required prior to the first day of the assignment.

The area surrounding this assignment offers clinicians access to a range of cultural, historical, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Points of interest include the Museum of Science, the New England Aquarium, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the historic Freedom Trail, which connects landmarks such as Faneuil Hall, Boston Common, and the Bunker Hill Monument. Distinct neighborhoods - from the cobbled streets of Beacon Hill to the academic hub of Cambridge - each offer their own character, dining, and points of interest, complemented by outdoor activities along the Charles River, harbor cruises, and day trip options to surrounding areas.

Clinicians will provide outpatient perimenopause and menopause care to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule structured as four 10-hour shifts or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; a hybrid model of 75% telehealth and 25% in-person is in place, with a 100% telehealth option available for clinicians working Eastern Standard Time hours.

The expected caseload is 16 patients per day, structured as 8 patients in the morning and 8 in the afternoon, with dedicated administrative time allotted for documentation. Clinicians must be experienced with prescribing menopausal hormone therapy, and all clinical documentation is maintained through the EPIC EMR system. No call or weekend coverage is required for this assignment; required credentials include a state NP license, DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and one reference, with credentialing estimated at approximately 7 days.
