Senior Director of Advertising & Promotion
- Regulatory Affairs
overseeing regulatory review and approval of promotional materials for pharmaceutical, OTC, and cosmetic products in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities- manage regulatory promotional reviewers
- ensure compliance with FDA, Canadian regulations
- interpret new guidance
- update staff on regulatory changes
- review and resolve regulatory issues
- participate in cross-functional promotional review teams
- develop training
- liaise with Legal, Compliance, Medical Affairs, and Quality
- Bachelor's in science or health discipline
- 10+ years in regulatory affairs with product advertising/promotions
- prior management experience
- broad industry knowledge
- excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team collaboration
GI experience.
High-Valuefocus on prescription drugs, OTC, cosmetics, US and Canadian markets, regulatory compliance, FDA OPDP and Canada PAAB interaction, promotion review, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory trend monitoring, and training.
Work Setuplocations across major US cities, with salary range $215K–$296K plus bonus and benefits.
