Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology

Role:
Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology at a biopharma focused on rare neuroendocrine diseases, responsible for shaping and executing clinical pharmacology strategies across early and late-phase programs involving small molecules and peptides.

• Design, implement, and interpret pharmacology studies (Ph 1-3)
• Support dose selection, exposure-response modeling, and combination therapies
• Lead regulatory submissions and interactions
• Oversee CROs and pharmacometric vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in clinical development, regulatory affairs, biostatistics, and non-clinical sciences

• Ph.D., Pharm.
  
  D., or equivalent in Clinical Pharmacology or related field
• 12+ years in industry, with proven experience supporting global regulatory submissions and working in early and late-phase development
• Expertise in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, modeling/simulation tools (e.g., NONMEM, Phoenix Win Nonlin) desirable
• Preferred experience includes rare disease, combination therapy, obesity, metabolic, endocrinology, or pediatric development

The position reports to the CMO, requires hybrid work in Boston with some travel, and offers an estimated salary range of $210,000-$300,000.
