We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team! As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our team of experts to provide intensive behavioral interventions to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This part-time opportunity offers a rewarding and challenging experience, with the potential for growth and professional development.

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies in a safe and controlled environment

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with our team of licensed therapists and professionals to ensure high-quality care

• Provide support and training to clients and their families to promote independence and skill-building

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) a plus

• 0 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly around a treatment area (if necessary)

• Competitive salary range of $22 - $28 HOURLY
