Then this could be the job for you. You’ll be ensuring guests receive great customer service from the moment they exit their cab to entering their room and throughout their stay.

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Ability to interact effectively with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
• A passion to provide excellent customer service.
