The Events Coordinator
is responsible for overseeing the events calendar and work with the Events GM, Events Manager, and Event Supervisors in filling out the required shifts.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for adding all the events to a rolling spreadsheet, keeping it up to date with the event information and staff needs.
- Keep a current tab on all previous and upcoming events.
- Assist with filling out the required shifts andhelp to manage total hours toreduce OT
- Work with TA and HR to accomplish hiring goals
- At times, will be required to attend events / work on site
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse cultures.
- Thrive in fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement and contribute to value-added services/developments.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
