The Spirit of the Position:

The Events Coordinator
is responsible for overseeing the events calendar and work with the Events GM, Events Manager, and Event Supervisors in filling out the required shifts.

Principal

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for adding all the events to a rolling spreadsheet, keeping it up to date with the event information and staff needs.
  • Keep a current tab on all previous and upcoming events.
  • Assist with filling out the required shifts andhelp to manage total hours toreduce OT
  • Work with TA and HR to accomplish hiring goals
  • At times, will be required to attend events / work on site
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse cultures.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement and contribute to value-added services/developments.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
