Willie’s, a neighborhood pizza + pasta joint on Beacon Hill, is looking for exceptional individuals to join our opening team in all FOH Positions. Operated by BCB3 Hospitality (Somaek, Zurito, Temple Records), we are aiming for a March opening and actively hiring team members for lunch and dinner service; full time and part time.
If you thrive in fast‑paced, high‑caliber environments and value hospitality as both an art and a craft, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do- Deliver warm, informed, attentive service that reflects the hospitality standards of BCB3
- Guide guests through a dynamic menu featuring premium pizza, pasta, small plates, specialty cocktails and a curated wine list
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and daily verbal additions to the menu
- Work seamlessly with our chefs, bartenders, hosts and managers
- Uphold cleanliness, organization and pacing standards throughout service
- Support the overall guest experience at Willie’s
- Previous serving experience in fast‑paced, chef‑driven concepts
- Passion for hospitality — genuine, attentive, gracious
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read a room
- Interest in pizza, pasta, beer, wine and cocktails (willingness to learn is a must!)
- Positive energy, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume environment while maintaining calm and precision
- Competitive hourly pay + tips ($6.75–23/hour based on position and experience)
