Handle all incoming calls and radio communications, greeting guests warmly and routing requests appropriately.;
Enter alerts into Opera and Synergy and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate departments.;
Take In-Room Dining orders and input them into MICROs POS system.;
Maintain 4-Star / 4-Diamond standards of guest service and be familiar with hotel amenities and procedures.;
Protect confidential guest information and adhere to front office SOPs for check-in/out and key access.
