Manage the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department;
Supervise day-to-day operations and assignments of the stewarding staff, communicate objectives and expectations, and assign/schedule work;
Control expenses in accordance with established budget and participate in annual stewarding operating budget;
Liaise with Purchasing Department and suppliers regarding purchasing needs for the stewarding operation;
Educate employees on safety issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
