Completing group pre registrations and blocking room reservations as well as pre registering VIPsMaintaining knowledge of current hotel rates sales strategies current special rates and types and locations of available rooms

Balancing paperwork cash drawer deposits reconciling credit cards and submitting batches Your experience and qualifications High School Diploma Working knowledge of Google Suite and Google

OSAbility to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner

Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
