Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front of House Manager located in Greater Boston. The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience, manage front-of-house staff, and handle scheduling and training. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving guest concerns, implementing operational procedures, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to enhance service.

The manager will also be expected to perform sales functions to help meet overall business goals, including upselling and building customer loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Experience in Training and supervising staff to maintain operational excellence
  • Sales skills to promote services and achieve revenue goals
  • Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage teams and workflows
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • 10+ years' experience in full-service restaurant environment highly desirable
  • Associate's degree in hospitality management or related field
