The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, handling parking, vehicle retrieval, luggage assistance, and guest inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor toward guests and co‑workers.
- Greet guests promptly, using their last names and proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, driving slowly and cautiously.
- Assist with bell services, luggage storage, and vehicle door operations.
- Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information on facility amenities.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and handle revenue calculations.
- Shuttle guests to approved locations and deliver requested items.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
- One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and personal services.
- Basic math skills and ability to understand 24‑hour time and rates.
- Manual transmission operation and parallel parking skills desirable.
- Ability to read/write standard English and comprehend simple instructions.
- Mostly outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions.
- Extended periods of sitting or standing; occasional running and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 100lb overtone, 50lb frequently, and 20lb constantly.
- Regular verbal communication required.
