Located in the heart of the Back Bay, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street is Boston’s glass skyscraper and the third tallest building in the city. The hotel features 215 spacious guest rooms and suites with floor‑to‑ceiling windows, a Wellness Floor, an urban spa, restaurants such as One+One and Trifecta, and over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space. It also houses 160 private residences with unobstructed views of the city, Charles River, Boston Harbor, the Berkshire Mountains and Cape Cod.

We are seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our Front Office team as a Front Desk Receptionist at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street.

• Check in guests efficiently and courteously, using guest names whenever possible.
• Ensure guests receive the correct room type and rate.
• Arrange luggage delivery to rooms and issue keys.
• Check out guests at the end of their stay and gauge satisfaction.
• Collect keys, post late charges, and present bills upon check‑out.
• Settle bills accurately via credit card or cash transaction.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer as assigned by the hotel.
• Email guests regarding any late charges processed to their account after check‑out, when an email is available.
• Make change, cash checks, and exchange foreign currency.
• Reconcile all transactions at shift close and oversee cashout.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least two years of front desk or luxury customer service experience.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
